How does this work?

We are experiencing an increasing proportion of patients with complex, long standing problems that have failed to respond to treatments from other healthcare professionals.

As a result, we have expanded our Cost per Condition Plans to accommodate the wider range of problems.

If this is thought to be more than 3 sessions for that condition, and you do not have any health insurance in place, then you will be offered one of the Stortford Grange Payment Plans.

You can still opt to pay per session if you prefer.

Every patient is offered a FREE and full assessment and examination to find out whether we can help you.

The physiotherapist will then provide you with a diagnosis and discuss with you your expectations and realistic goals to be achieved during your treatment at Stortford Grange.

An estimate of the length of time required to resolve your particular problem and the estimated number of sessions needed - for your guidance only.

The important point to remember about these Cost per Condition Plans is that they are a fixed cost for the condition.

The number of treatment sessions required to reach the agreed goals is a specific clinical decision

Please note: If it is recommended that input is required by another member of our team (other than physiotherapy) then this will incur additional costs, but only with your prior agreement.

THE STORTFORD GRANGE COST PER CONDITION PLANS

Plan A £325

Simple, single, uncomplicated conditions that started within the previous month,

but which will take more than 3 sessions to resolve

Plan B £450

Single conditions that have been ongoing for more than 6 weeks

Plan C £575

Conditions with secondary issues set up by the primary diagnosis

Plan D £700

Two separate conditions, or routine post orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation

Plan E £825

More complex post orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation

Plan F £925

Multiple, long standing problems that require more time to achieve the expected goals

Plan G £1,250

Even longer rehabilitation required eg multiple joint and/or extensive postural problems

Plan H £1,750

Patients requiring extensive, long term rehabilitation

We believe we are the first healthcare provider to offer a Cost per Condition fee scheme alongside the more usual cost per treatment fee scheme

Failure to attend for an appointment with less than 24 hrs notice may incur a £50 fee.
